Awards Banquet

 

The awards banquet is next Friday, May 28, 2010 @ 7:00 PM in the auditorium. 

 

***Current Freshman and Sophomores are being asked to supply drinks in the form of 12 pack cans or cases of water.  Current Juniors and Seniors are being asked to supply bags of chip/pretzels of some kind. 

 

All supplies need to be delivered to the band room no later than May 27, 2010.***  Also, volunteers are needed for set up the day of the banquet between 4pm and 5pm and for clean up immediately following the banquet. 

 

Neither task should be too time consuming or complicated.  Please contact Shereta Wright A.S.A.P. if you can help with either or both of those tasks.
